it sounds like her jealousy is her problem not yours
and for your boss to sort out his domestic front rather than yours
perhaps it may be as well for colleagues to be aware of it in case it begins to spirals out of control
but you don't work for her only your company and your boss
other than that not your problem
a shame that you are quitting because of her insecurities - does she actually work for the company or is she just poking her nose in where it doesnt belong when she has no business there at all?
a good company is aware of possible problems of husbands and wives working together and will try and separate them wherever possible for a more harmonious working atmosphere

Don't quit. She is probably jealous of EVERYONE associated with her husband which means she is very insecure. Just give her some extra attention when she comes in the office. AND put a picture of your husband/ boyfriend/brother on your desk!!! That will tell her you're love interests lie elsewhere. Kill her with kindness! Don't mention it to the boss; he can't help how his wife reacts. If you dress sexy at the office, tone it down. Just do these little things when she comes around, and soon, she won't think you're a threat, if you want to stay at your job. Otherwise, if you quit, tell your boss the reason. But make sure you leave! Godloveya.

Don't quit! Remain totally professional. Even with her. It's not your home or theirs. It is a place you go to to make money. Period. If you have never done anything to promote this than she is just very insecure. She knows she did wrong because she did it while her husband was away.. Which means you still have the upper hand. Going and quiting just substantiates what she perceives is the problem. Catch 22. Good Luck

I wouldn't quit for starters. One thing I have learned in the corporate world is that you need tough-skin and zipped mouth to make it. Who cares about your boss' wife? Quite frankly, this is her problem, not yours and you should not be willing to turn your back on 4 years tenure, a career that provides a paycheck, and your own principles. This kind of crap (and so much worse by the way) happens every day in corporate America...you are going to have to learn to deal with it diplomatically.

Call them home for dinner and talk things out. That way you can keep your job and clear the air. Another suggestion could be to ask her for some shopping advice for clothes even if you dont need it and ask her if she'll come along. Thats a great ice breaker with women

i don't think you should quite, but if you and your boss have a open relationship i would make him aware of how i feel. if from that point he in't trying to hear your concerns then if you can't deaql with her or ignore her then for the sake of peace and comfort find other employment.

I would at least offer the explanation of the events and ask him if he needs you to quit instead of helping you deal with the problem

File a sexual harassment suit against the company. Sexual harassment does not only mean that someone made a sexual comment or touched you. Then, if things don't get better, find another job but continue your suit against them.
