look up drug on net, check for known side effects, or go back to doctor to adjust medication, and I was under the impression that porassium suppliments are to be avoided whilst on heart medications.

Dizzyness is a reaction of lower blood pressure, you should see your doctor again

Hypertension is not diagnosed by a SINGLE measurement of blood pressure. 145/90 is a hypertensive BP (anything beyond 120/80 is!). You may be potentially hypertensive if you have a family risk. Your cholesterol risk may have to be addressed. Your BP probably got down because of your medicine (Is that INDAPAMIDE?), which could have caused dizziness. I suggest you do BP monitoring (Record your BP) two times a day. Show your monitoring to your doctor so your medicine dosage could be adjusted.

PLEASE YOU ARE IN A VERY BORDERLINE CASE OF HEALTH, YOU NEED REST AND VEGETARIAN FOOD WITH VERY LITTLE OIL AND CONTROL YOUR BP OTHERWISE YOUR HEART WILL BECOME WEAK. GO TO A VERY GOOD HEART SPECIALIST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
