abt $100-$180SGD...usually. And yes,I shld use less electricity b'coz if I don't I'm gonna hv a lot to pay, and coal is commonly used to genenrate electricity-coal is a non-renewable natural resource, and we need it...so everyone shld reduce the amt of elelctricity used..."Environmental conscious"

My electric bill is about $75-$80 a month. Our heat is wood so that cost does not include heat. Ya, i would like t reduce that more and there are things we can do to make that happen.

Last winter, I had a heat pump/ central air with a high efficency gas furnace installed. I changed every light bulb in the house to those screw-in flourescent ones.
My average winter gas bill went from $300. to $120. the summer electric bill went from $200. to around $90. (I had 3 window air units before)
The whole setup with new ducts cost almost $6000.00, but it will pay off in 2 or 3 years in energy savings.

past two months has been ridiculous. But fall is coming and it should go down. I already talked to power compny about this. They have something called flat rate and budget billing. So it will be the same amount no matter what every time. I am going to do this so I wont have any more surprises.

my monthly electricity bill for a one bedroom apartment is 99 dollars.
i dont think i should reduce it, the electric company should, because they only pay about 99 cents, if that, to power the apartment for one month.

$65.00 regular..... higher in the winter. I am always trying to find ways to reduce it. Some work some don't.... cf light bulbs help.
Better for the environment and my pocket. I have no ac don't need it. Large trees and good brick home floor plan and I keep good control with temp in winter. The highest my bill was $200.00.

Where I am at, in Northern Indiana, they use coal to generate electricity, making it one of the best bargain in energy. Less expensive than Natural gas.
Everyone would like to pay less though!
