I have heard that sniffing alcohol will keep you from getting sick. But that doesn't seem very safe for the fetus. Is there anything else that works?

Saltine crackers. Take your vitamins at night, not in the morning. Stay hydrated.

keep saltine crackers or oyster crackers w/you. they are very helpful. You really can't get rid of morning sickness but the crackers will help. I had a difficult time w/it too throughout my 2 pregnancies. sometimes I didn't have as much morning sickness when I slept for about 7 hrs or so for some reason waking up early was a big problem for me. When I started working later is when I had less problems w/my morning sickness. I know everyone is different and this may not be the case for you.

I had bad mornig sickness with my second pregnancy. I found that eating about 3 or 4 saltine crackers before I even got out of the bed in the morning really helped also sipping on water while eating them. But don't get up until after you have eaten them. Also keep something in your stomach at all times. If it gets too bad talk to your doctor because there are medicines they can give you for it.

Eat before getting out of bed (saltines). Also, lemon drops or preggie pops. Taking "Clear Liquids" (jello, chicken broth) right after getting up and then a baked potato after I was sure it settled helped. Because my morning sickness lasted into my 18th week, my Dr. prescribed Zofran and Phenergan. The Zofran really helped. I wouldn't go the medication route unless it is severe (lasting way beyond the 1st trimester). It should end soon. Stay hydrated!

I had it really bad with my youngest daughter, I kept saltines and those little baby bottles of coke next to my bed and every morning before my feet even touched the ground I would sip some coke and nibble on a cracker. It helped me a lot!

Ginger is good, you can get it in pill form at a health food store, also, ask your doctor about Diclepton. Its a medications you can take for morning sickness. It is white and has the silouette of a pregnant lady on it.

Don't sniff. The best thing is to never let yourself get hungry. And you can eat VitaminB6 it helps but if you have really bad morning sickness, there usually isn't anything that can keep you from it.

Tangerine oil. Put a little on your wrist and if you feel nauseous smell it. It helps, but nothing is going to make it go away until at least the 3 month mark. Good luck

Keep saltines next to the bed, in your purse, in the car, EVERYWHERE! Nibble on a few of those before you get up and any time you're not feeling well. They should help settle your stomach.

Squeeze a lemon into approx. 4oz. of Perrier and drink it at all times and before any food intake. That was the only thing that took care of my morning sickness.
