Hiya just wondering if anybody can remember which laptop it is that is £399.99 instead of £499.99 because I have looked on the website nd I can't remember which one it is! Thank you !

I hope that I can help you. I have been looking at the catalouge and I recomend this one because it has bigger storage:

The price is £399.99
The other one, I recomend less, because it has less usable features, but I will write it all the same:
Toshiba Model: L100-179 Model Code: 336688
That one has the same price as the first one:£399.99

I find they make these offers, but don't often have them in stock when you go instore. Good luck if you get one though.
Theres a similar offer in PCWorld, Woolworths, Dell etc. I think they are trying to sell loads of laptops before Vista takes over from XP.
