extremely common on the 3.4 v6 engine ... lower intake manifold gaskets split and start leaking coolant and sometimes engine oil. being a gm tech. i have seen many many of these.. probley done 100 myself. it is a fairly spendy repair, maybe around the 700 dollar mark.i would recommend a dealer repair as it can be a pain to do. if you have them done or do them yourself, be sure to have the distributor o-ring replaced as well. its only a 2 dollar part and is much much cheaper to replace while the engine is apart. hope this helps

It is a good chance that the O-ring for the heater connection under the P/S mounting bracket has failed.
also possible that the intake plenum gasket has developed a leak.
It is mechanical failure, don't try to repair with Stop-Leak, it won't fix it, and now you have some crud in your cooling system that will contribute to more problems later.
Good Luck

Probably the intake gasket. The gm 3.4 engine was noted for intake gasket leaks, you might even get warranty if you complain to gm.

Sound like you need to replace your 'Head Gasket'. You can first try to re-torque the head bolts (when engine is warm) or try a engine sealer with copper in it. The copper sealer worked for me and did not effect the radiator or heater core.

Not sure about this one. I suggest the web site "Autopro.com." Someone there should have the remedy.
