Because they like to? Because multimedia and fashion magazines say it is back in style?
I think it is foul, didn't wear it then, refuse to wear it now.
That's one fashion trend that should have stayed dead.

I don't know, but my cosmetologist told me the 'blue' is definitely old fashioned and 'out', as far as fashion goes. There are subtle colors of eye shadow that will enhance all color eyes, not blue. What are the superstars wearing? Fashion changes so go with the flow.

I dont know because I dont. I usually use a soft color that blends better. Who knows why people do what they do.

Because it makes brown eyes seem deeper and makes them more noticable. If they feel their eyes are ther best feature, they want to make them stand out.
