The Chinese believe that 7th lunar month is the ghost month. So you see every where peoples are praying and also in the night, we have the "ker tai". Thus, every where in Singapore also got "ghost", simple answer !

one of the most haunted place is in Mt Emily, u can check out others like Lim Chu Kang cemetary, quite a no. of good spots for ghost too.
