None, pull all the troops and nuke the bastards. Drop all the chemical and biological stuff we are storing currently. Then when we have emptied Iraq, all the jobless can get hired to run the oilfields of our new 51st state.
We'll cut the Kurds in with a homeland and a piece of the oil action.

I know what you mean, it drives me crazy that Bush thinks the US has an unlimited bank account. BUT, the US has caused most of the problems now going on in Iraq. Even though Saddam was a cruel and evil dictator, he had the country under control and there were not a bunch of terrorists killing people and running suicide missions every day. Iraq was not responsible for 9/11 and we should not have made their country a place to fight the terrorists who hate the US. All that being said, we need to get out of there, but we need to leave the Iraqis a stable place to live (at least to the level of stability before we invaded).

Because U.S.A. has destroyed the entire infrastructure of Iraq, therefore U.S., alone should bear the expenses to rebuild the oil rich nation called Iraq.

How much oil is being sold out of Iraq per year now? Also, should Iraqis fund our military? Why not do some research and think about those questions. Then you'll know the answer to your original question.

Well, in my opinion they shouldn't send any. Iraq has built that cesspool for themselves, they should be able to turn it around for themselves. They're not stupid..I mean hey, they took our resources that we gave them before and used it against us right? I think Bush needs to have a realty check and really understand that no matter how much we help them, some Iraqi religious driven liberalist is going to find some way of turning on us and for what? In the name of religion? I work for the gov't and even I don't agree with what's going on....buy hey, I have to make a living, defend my family and protect my fellow americans but I'm not doing it in the name of religion, I'm doing it in the name of freedom that is slowly dwindling away because of poor decisions being made in the whitehouse.

Well, the budget deficit is quite big already. Seeing that the destruction is caused by the USA Army, why not send a few more billions to help restore some of the damage.

As much as it takes. Iraq is going to become our ally after things calm down. It is our governments responsability to make sure the rebuilding of Iraq, and its security is in place before we leave, no matter the cost.

What's the first you need to do when you find yourself in a deep hole?
Stop digging.
The problem is that people get used to the money and the transfer becomes its own system within bigger systems. And, of course, some it it cycles right back to the sender, who does not want to stop the flow either.
Soon, you've got a lot of connected people with their finger in the pie. It's one of the few actives that gets bipartisan support - because Rep and Dem both have the greed-Jones. The steal - it is what they do and who they are.

I think that we should recoup some of our losses by taking some of the oil from Iraq. The Brits deserve some too.
