Has to be the dead man Undertaker.
Small point of note for the person who posted the champions and the length of reigns you missed off probably the two shortest reigns in history. Andre the Giant and The Million Dollar Man Ted DeBiase. Andre beat Hogan for the title, sold it to Ted DeBiase, who was then stripped of the title, and that led to the very bizarre event at Wrestlemania IV, with the elmination matches for the title.
