5th film July 13, 2007.
These are official dates. The 7/7/07 rumor is not true. Nor are any other dates.

The 5th film releases in the US 7/13/07, and the 7th book they are hoping for release next summer, but no one has given a definite date yet.

Otherwise we've got a long wait. JKR recently took a plane back to the UK from NYNY and at first the apes would not let her carry on her HP7 mss. Get all the abbreviations? The book is still handwritten. I would say about a year. Film making I know nothing about. I find the films disappointing, as skeletal and incomplete as an anorexic teenager.

I dont know but I am just as eager as you probably sometime late this year have you read the previous book THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE it was sooo cool but I was devasted when Dumbludore died the 7th book has got to be the last and the best when Harry fights Lord Voldermort as for the movie they are not as great as the books but I still want to watch it

The 7th book comes out on July 7th of 2007. Jk Rowling is doing that because it will be the greatest marketing and well come one, thats pretty cool. The 5th movie was supposed to come out at the end of july first of August of 2007, but the produce of the movie has another one of his movies coming out at the same time and to give them both ample oppurtunity to make plenty of money he opted to move back the relase date until december of 2007. I can't wait for either. Hope that helped.
