No I wouldn't be mad at YOU if she was flirting - I would just sum it up to I have better taste then her and she can keep dreaming! Then I would tell her about the HOT HOT sex that we have so she can dream even more! Sort of like giving the dog a bone!

It would depend on your behavior. If you let her know it was not acceptable then I'd only have to take care of the issue with her.
If your behavior encourages it, then you'd be gone.
