Yes, Uni Melb does offer a graduate entry medical degree. The criteria are mainly a completed 3 or more year bachelor degree, GPA (very high, average 5.5/7 = 65% so make sure you do well in your bachelors), GAMSAT (graduate australian medical schools admissions test), and an interview. The criteria are strict, so be prepared for it.

As for first degree choice, medicinal science is a good one, or a general science degree majoring in bio and chemistry. You should check out what is involved in a medical degree, and choose a first degree that will give you a good foundation.

More information can be found on the university's website.

Good luck and I hope you get into medicine!

except you've recognize-how of math or technology then you actually should not be doing something in that container. you want to have more effective than the necessary recognize-how of the container to be enhancing that type of writing. From experience as an ecology significant, maximum english majors had extra questions than revisions. If it develop right into a paper for an introductory direction then there develop into no difficulty yet even as it were given to more effective element courses they struggled to comprehend. once you've a particular interest in a community like math, technology, regulation/history, and so on. then evaluate occurring and getting a complicated degree in that container (even once you need to take some undergraduate courses). then you actually might want to bypass on to write down books for human beings of each and every age with those particular interests. you may also evaluate going into something like regulation/politics, archeaology, anthropology, social artwork, and so on. i desire this facilitates.

If you want to be an MD you need not a degree of any sort...you do need to pass the medical license board exam. A degree is helpful.
