Who gives a damn what Muslims think. They're always going nuts about something. Since when did Muslims apologise for anything? They have a nerve.

I'm a Muslim, and frankly the words of the Pope did not hurt me much cause we Muslims got used to the hatred and misunderstanding people have now towards Islam, what makes me feel bad is that people are accusing Islam without really knowing what it is, the extremists made it impossible for the rest of the Muslims to show what Islam is all about, and since I joined Yahoo answers I've been trying to explain or just be able to give an idea to people that we are not terrorists and terrorism happens in all times by all kinds of people, like Hitler and the nuclear bomb in the world war which was also used against thousands if innocent people who suffered for years after that.
As for his apology I do appreciate it, cause it is not easy for a leader or a Pope to apologize.

God, you people make me laugh my a.rse off.... once again... the media drive you into a frenzy... Muslims and Christians... and once again you bow down to it....

Oh we've had the reports on the outcries from the Islamic figureheads... but are we going to get the same reports stating that these figureheads are graciously accepting apologies from the Pope? No we are not. The only newspaper that called for an apology was the New York Times... bloody hell... can you believe that??? Won't they get a whipping from the White House.

Once again this is the government controlled western media that are stirring you all up in this way.... and it's actually really amusing to watch... that you can't seem to form your own opinions about anything.... you are the puppets of your society and the puppets of your governments.... the government run media say jump... and there you all go... they tell you to sit down... and you do as they say.

Free speech? Is that what you really think? You poor, sad, delusional people? How many more lives are going to be taken, muslims, christians and other religions, before you start to sit up and take note that you can remove the hand from your a.rses and start controlling your own thoughts.

You are the governments fools.... whatever your creed, colour or religion.... open up your eyes people and see what is going on... have the courage to look beyond the small narrow streets that trap you.

Muslims never forgive. The Pope is a dead man. Ironically, Muslims by their actions prove the truth of what the Pope said.

Muslims look for any excuse to kill and destroy, and the Pope gave them that. I would not be surprised if right now they are planning and plotting to crash a jet plane into the Vatican, which again would verify the vercity of the Pope's comments, albeit a quote of an ancient text.

I believe the post which the pop has must be carefull about his saying because he is the representative of whole charistinity. his words are last not having further translation.

His saying are final so many things happend in the past but no such statements had been out come from the previous pop.

Every religion respects other specially

Gews
Charistanity
Islam

Inshort, it is much better to care full then to apologise

I guess so.

After they forgive him can they unburn down the 2 churches that were burned down in the West Bank in reaction to his words?

Maybe some form of dialog should be invented that does not involve burning down buildings.

Words may seem more subtle, but they actually accomplish more in the long run.

It is very difficult to measure how many people have forgiven someone for something.

As long as nobody is banning bibles or something it seems like people are getting along.

Think about this more wars have been and will be fought in the name of religion. I am sure everyone has heard it. Christians did it thousands of years ago and Muslims are doing it now. My wish is that people and groups stop using religion as a front to there petty land grabbing and unrealistic views of how they think the world should be.
