Of course. I wear pantyhose and tights all the time. I love them. Sometimes I even wear out in public under some shorts.

I assume you mean for purposes other than for a personal liking of wearing them.
When I went on a school ski-ing trip we were all advised to get a pair of tights to wear under our salopettes. It would supply extra warmth without the bulkiness of jeans, trousers, etc. Needless to say not one of us (at least no one admitted to it) took this advice and susequently struggled through the snow looking like Michelin man.

Many men wear tights. Youc an actually buy man-tights. I use to work for a submariner school and many men wore them under their unfiroms for extra warmth without bulk.

Where I live - and I'm not saying to spare embarrassment to the people concerned - our traffic cops wear pantyhose in winter under their uniforms. They say it is more efficient than long johns.

actually Football players started wearing them to help stay warm . Now many athletes are using them and I am aware of some hunters using them to . Now if men are wearing them to make their legs look good I can suggest a therapist

Sure...anyone with 2 legs can...look at Superman. Seriously, ballet dancers do! They are very warm if worn under trousers...but the man in question should be ready for some funny looks and comments!

i know a lot of men wear them in the winter instead of long johns they trap a small pocket of air inside and do keep your legs warm, silk stockings are actually tradionally a male garment (this is from before Nylons)

As far as I know, there are no laws against it. Men have great legs - its about time they started showing them off. Not to mention , hosiery offers great support and comfort while adding even color and tone. Male or female, wear what makes you comfortable, don't worry so much about what 'they' say - because usually, 'they' are wrong.
