I weight 450 pounds and have fair skin. I have reddish-brown hair, and hazel eyes. I'm not sure what color would look best on me. I was thinking maybe bright yellow, or red. What do you think?

Speedo? As in swimming trunks?
It doesn't really matter if you are 450lbs. It is probably best to select a colour you are happy and feel comfortable with.
I'm thinking about it, black... no. sorry. It won't make any difference.
Bright yellow or red? Whichever makes you happy.
To tell you the truth, I'd recommend shorts instead of speedos.

i may be bothered approximately retaining a white speedo white. Any airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dirt or something on there'll tutor loud and sparkling. in case you pick to circulate with a mild colour, that's efficient, yet a white speedo has too plenty risk of looking grimy.

Unless speedos now come in a looser style that covers more of your lower anatomy, it's better to stick with a pair of longer and boxer style swim trunks for the bigger man. It's more flattering to a larger body type and frame.
