Hi. Yes you could be pregnant. Everyone says 'no you can't be if you bleed' but that isn't true. I have done LOADS of research on this now and there is something called implantation bleeding that can occur where the foetus is implanting itself (look it up - it will help), and apparently 30% of women bleed in their first trimester of pregnancy. Basically it ISN'T a period .. but it resembles one! So you think its your monthly but really it isn't, and there will be slight differences i.e. lighter, or maybe pinky or browney. Naturally I'm not saying you ARE pregnant but it is a possibility (am having same symptoms as you at the moment so have been doing the research!). I already spoke to someone on here who kindly told me she had periods in her first 2 months of pregnancy .. sometimes you do, but its caused by something other than you menstruating. Go see a doc or do a home test and if it is negative but you are still convinced you are, keep doing them because sometimes your hormone levels aren't high enough to show up. Good luck and I hope you get the result you are looking for!

If you think you might be pregnant, you really should find out as soon as possible. There are a few other symptoms that could act as clues:
- enlarged and/or tingling breasts
- nausea, dizziness
- a metallic taste in your mouth
- a feeling that your period is about to start.
Not all women have these symptoms.
Most home pregnancy tests can be carried out from the day your period is due, so it sounds like you can test straight away.
Pregnancy tests detect the presence of pregnancy hormone (called human Chorionic Gonadotrophin or hCG) in your body. If you’re pregnant, the amount of hCG rises rapidly in the early days and weeks, and the home pregnancy tests can detect this in your urine.
If you get a negative (not pregnant) result from the pregnancy test, but you still suspect that you could be pregnant, wait another 3 days before testing again. You may have conceived later than you thought, and there was not enough hCG in your urine at that stage to be picked up by the first test. Speak to your doctor if you still get a negative result after a second test but your period has not arrived.
If you live in the UK and want to discuss this with a health care professional straight away, call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47. This service is strictly confidential.
You can talk to a qualified nurse. If you need to do anything else, they'll tell you where to go.
Hope it helps,
froggie

If you period was light, you could still MAYBE be pregnant.. I would go to your DR or a walk-in clinic just to see, because even if you AREN'T pregnant you said your period was something out of the ordinary, so that should still be looked into, esp since you were feeling dizzy and weird.

If your pregnant only doing a test will tell you that. But I just want to clear up the fact that just because you have had a period or you have bled doesn't mean your not pregnant it is quit common in early pregnancy.

I trust kk. a splash is all it takes. continually use precautions for the period of intercourse. She ought to be on the pill, the beginning administration patch, and different birth control. and you ought to use condoms each and every time. whether she makes use of birth control, that is not one hundred%. not something is, different than not doing it in any respect. Condoms will a minimum of upload to the risk-free practices and could additionally preserve many STI's besides. not greater unprotected intercourse, except you and your spouse/life better half are attempting to have a infant!

if you had your period than definitly no... obviously unless you had sex since then. make sure you take up a lot of nutrients since you tend to have heavy periods, maybe you're just laking some, that is the reason for feeling weak
