Help this stupid ISP is good for nothing!!! I guess.?

Well it goes like this when ever i try 2 download anything or if im searching for a document or doing anything my connection would break or reset and as a result i loose everything n have 2 start over eveything which is annoying and i use the the dial up connection is there something i could do thnkx!!

Change to a different ISP sorry no other options are available.
