Because it's been ingrained by the media that bad girls wear fishnet stockings. So if the woman wears them and you are with her, you are doing something bad or forbidden.

Exactly what do you mean by "we all" in your question? I am a man and personally, I could care less about "fish-net" which I suppose you meant to say fishnet stockings. Either way, I do not think they are sexy or attractive.
Very smooth, very sheer stockings, yes... but no to the fishnets.

the contrast. the holes in the stocking. men think about penetration a lot. holes in stockings leading up to the vagina are a subliminal invitation. don't worry, "deeds not words". the fact that we have a choice about our behaviour is what separates us from bugs and beetles. "it doesn't matter where you get your appitite from as long as you eat at home". :-)
