I think that could be one answer, although it's not complete, the answer is evident to me in looking at that though. Thanks for the quiz.
But if a train leaving minneoapolis headed for a town 140 hours away and a different train heading toward minneoapolis traveling at the same speed both departed at the same time and were heading toward each other how many hours would it take for the two trains to cross each other if the train headed for minneoapolis was forty hours away from minneoapolis at the time of departure.

You can take from the numbers: 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 100.

Hence, by counting the numbers of '1's, you can take 21.
