The laws are generaly frames as anti-hate laws, but are only enforced if they are directed at specified groups, otherwise the bible would be a banned book and most of the Israeli politicians would be in jail, as well as many rabbis.

If there were laws against it then they would apply to all Semites, more likely they would apply to anyone. However there are not laws against anything of the sort in America. You're welcome to express your opinion and say anything short of a threat against someone's life as long as you're willing to accept the consequences.
