Go to the auto parts store or the dealer. Ask to see several locks that would fit your car. Put them on the counter. Pick one!

Simple!!!

If you are trying to get into a locked car, you do not want to pick the lock. There are other ways to get into a vehicle. Call a locksmith or AAA and they can help you.

Don't even try. There are other ways to open the door, some involve pushing something down between the window and the door, others use the flexibility of the door to get a wire onto the button. You do need to know the car model very well as what you do for each one is different. Better all round to steal the key.

Every car is different, it depends on what's easiest to reach. The classic slimjimming technique works by manipulating the linkage rods inside the door. Other times it may be easier to try and reach the door handle or the trunk release with some stiff wire
