Artificial brest implant means actually re shaping your breasts by silicon gel implant in them, under the skin. This has nothing to do with not been able to give a suckle to your baby later on, because the mamary glans are not affected by this implant.

Any properly performed implant operation should not effect the ability to breast feed.

if you havent had a baby yet, then you probably don't need implants because most womens breast grow from having a baby and breast feeding. Otherwise i would suggest talking to a plastic surgeon.

I dont think so... the implants would require reshaping and thus the cut would take time to heal.
