A fool, because what ever he is listening from a wise man is meaning full and a fool don't know that how to give meanings to the words so he can listen better rather than speaking. The wise knows that the man is a fool so he didn't notice whatever the fool is saying that's why he don't learn anything.

the wise man of course. maybe all he would learn is that the fool is a fool, but the fool will never learn that the wise man is wise

true a wise man is always learning but the fool is the one who needs to learn more.... and there is a different between gaining knowledge and having wisdom.....in other words the fool may be a genius but if he does not apply his knowledge he can not become wise- thus what is what makes him a fool in the first place
