Definately after. Just before is a fertile time. Not safe to rely on this method as your only means of birth control

actually what is ur intention of asking I could not follow, but if you are thinking about safety of getting pregnant in the early days, then the chances are dim, but not out. Its like asking if I have sex with an HIV inflicted guy is it ok, because he has just acquired it and not full blown. Does these fact totaly say that the thing will not happen?
Underline is NO period is totally Safe

There really is no "safe" time hun if you are trying to avoid pregnancy. You could possibly ovulate any time during your cycle, although the most common time is around the 14th cycle day. Best to use protection if you want to make sure you don't get pregnant.

I would say during/after is a lot safer than before ( you have a "ripe" egg just before your period) But you shouldn't feel safe unless you know for sure you can't get pregnant ( When your sure your "BC" is working AND your partners "BC" is working also!!! Even so don't risk it if you don't/can't care for a baby - all ways keep that in your thoughts when you think or are told that your "safe"!!!

To be honest hun there is no safe time. Every female is different if you do not want to get preg then you should be on some form of birth control or do not have sex.

yes, but you still should be careful because some women ovulate early. I used that method too but always better to be safe than sorry.

Actually it just depens when you ovulate. my bestfriend got pregnant 8 days after her period. and I also have another friend that got pregnant 3 days before she started her period. so it just depens on the person and their cycle.
