Depends upon how long "a while" is.
If it is longer than I week, I'd bet she's not interested or she lost the number.
Just take a risk and call her...

Any of these answers are worth considering as to what you need to do at this point in time.
Give her another call-even invite her out for coffee(boy does that date me?)-if she refuses-it is obvious she has no interest, then again, it might bear fruit and you are 'good to go!"
