this guy that was ignoring me called at 2am asking me why I deleted him saying there was a program that can determine if a contact has been erased. Is that true?

yep, you can see who has deleted u by checking the "see who has added you to their contact list" function on "options=>privacy". if ur not on their list, it means they've either never added u or have deleted u.. there there is no need for a third party programme to learn this.

No, because your contacts are saved contained in the MSN database. The messenger it not something extra then a customer. whenever you log in, the messenger is going to the MSN database, exhibits all of your associates, and reflects it on your msn. i might want to log on your account from accross the international in india, and your associates might want to nonetheless be there, so do not hardship about it getting deleted.

there is supposedly a program that you can check to see if you are blocked on any one else's messenger but i haven't tried it or know anyone that has

no, if some one give you a link to "see who has blocked you on msn" its just a virus so look out
