hacking is illegal and therefore that evidence would be inadmissible in any court
I would try to get the phone records, you should be entitled to them if you were listed on the bill

on cingular you just go on there and change the password. you can see the list there. if you feel so firmly that he's cheating, even if he is or not, you should leave...the trust is gone and therefore the relationship is on it's way out the door

You need the law to intervene, do not take the law into your own hands, you can lose out from doing so.
Ask for legal advice from a law firm, about what you can do.
Don't worry, evidence is not that easy to destroy, and the truth will always surface.

You can't. And, as said above, of limited use.
What it would give you is info to point you towards other sources or means of obtaining legitimate evidence, should you need such.
As for "get out of there..." or "leave the *&^*^%$*$..." etc: such suggestions do not recognise the emotional situation you are in, and the need to feel at least in some way that you are regaining control of the situation.

What the hell do you need more proof for? Leave his sorry ***. Talk to a lawyer...they can hire a private detective to find more proof to nail his cheating hide to the wall.

Do you recommend password (fairly of signal in code)? Yahoo has a search for engine for userids - look contained in the yahoo amenities to discover it. so some distance as password is going, i imagine it fairly is extra complicated. did you recognize any programmers who might want to hack into his mail for you?

you don't need proof, its not like it will help you in court or custody. if he is hiding all these things from you, he is def cheating. Even ifyou do get into his account he will know it, so who cares, just leave him.

you can not override his password and if you need proof call the cell phone company and tell them your are calling for your husband and he wants another copy of the bill because he lost it-- they might be stupid enough to give it to you-- and if you did catch him why are you still there//////////////////////////////
