add remove prog in control panel

Go to the Control panel and double click on "ADD Or Remove Programs" select MSN Messenger and click on "Remove".

I dont think you can if you run windiows
I was able to when I was running an imac but not on this pc
It seems to be part of the microsoft package
it ticks away in the background and there is no way I ahve found to get rid of it
maybe its a kind of spyware
telling microsoft all your secrets

dear member,
sorry to say u r not so specified , may b there are 2 possibilities in my mind

1) u want to start it manually dont want to start at windows start-up

2) u want to remove it totally from hard disk

3)(in other sense) u want to remove msn internet browser


if u want to remove it from start up then go to run>msconfig>go to start up programs > uncheck the msnmsgr

if u want to del it from ur hdd then u should proceed to Add/remove and select the msn msgr and remove
