Also please let me know that there should be some provision in the begining itself otherwise the case is dragged for years and the innocent suffers extensively. In some cases like IPC 420, 408 what remedies are available. This question is serious and good answers, assistance will be rewarded

Sorry to say there is no best answer.Indian Law is what you Se in movies. Corruption is the root of everything there.Laws exist only in the books.

All the Indian laws are imported from the British period. There is need for some changes to be made in these laws, to suit the present conditions. But, as you know, the present day Governments are mostly made up of criminals and they do not want to change any laws, as the present ones offer them to escape the clutches of the law. Also, the corruption all over the country, especially, in the police department, is also responsible for the present day anarchy in this country.

I do not think there is a proper law exists in India for such activities. However, let propose one for the same.
