I got the paper part off. How do I remove the adhesive? My bottom of my shoe is rubber. I have tied dishwashing detergent it did not work. The shoe is in the freezer and that has not changed the adhesive. What else should I try to remove this sticky adhesive? The shoe is brand new. I am worried I will stick to everything and everything will stick to this powerful adhesive. I had to use plyers to get the paper off. It was a miracle I got that far. It has been a disaster since the bug man has been here my dog has tried to eat all the roach poison and now this. I am trying to get all this stuff out of my house so it is not worse than the bugs.

KRS the hot water went with the detergent. I did not really work. Thanks anyway however.

This stuff was for a roach problem. I do not usually have this, but the climate has changed this year. It has been changing a great deal. Big extemes of heat and cold. Heavy rains all at once. It has made the bugs go crazy.

Try a powder like baby powder. It has worked for me.

Although it does seem I've used oils to clean off sticky stuff before.

Here is a suggestion re: the bugs. Have your yard sprayed regularly, it eliminates what comes into the house and eliminates all that poison in your house. Of course if your dealing with fleas that are already inside No. But it would keep more from coming in.
