There was an advert years ago for the Renault 5. Saying, what do you name yours?
My previous cars -
My Ford probe was named Babs, Peugot 405 was named Pug(!), Rover 600 named Sal, and my current car, Lexus LS400, named her Mags.
So, what do you call yours??

I'm glad others do name their cars, my boyfriend thought I was mad!
I have a blue mini mayfair who's called Miffy - she is my first ever car and I can't get rid of her so she's currently living on the driveway cos she needs work doing to her. Very poorly.
I've had another mini mayfair, a red one called Dave.
My boyfriend had a Rover 820 which my daughter named Jean cos she was green.
I currently have an unnamed dark blue Citroen zx, I don't know if to name it at all as it doesn't seem to have any personality.

A few years ago I had a 1985 Olds 88 Royale Brougham----"The Broham" or "The Ham". That car was, and still is, a true legend. It's magnificance hails today, somewhere in Detroit, Michigan. If you are so lucky to be in that amazing machine's presence, bid it proper respect, for it knows much history, and is much larger and much more powerful than you!

Present car is a Mazda mx5 called Millie. Previous to Millie I had a Ford Puma called Tracey because she was a real Essex girl car.

I give them diner waitress names. A Chevy Citation hatchback was named Flo, a Plymouth Reliant station wagon named Alice, and two cars named Elizabeth but going by different nicknames--a Mercury Tracer station wagon called Betty, and my current car, a Chevy Corsica called Liz.

I called my Ford Ka Sabrina after the Teenage Witch, as she's cute but got a huge **** - just like Melissa Joan Hart who played the part of Sabrina in the TV series!

My Mercedes E class is 'Frasier', as in Crane, because of his fine taste and good character. My Alfa 75 is Ferdi, long story, and my Opel Manta Coupe, with it's big bad screaming V8 engine, is called 'Prima Donna', because she's a high-maintenance biatch.

Volvo s80 T6 is called Cluster of F**K because it keeps breaking down, Jag XJR is called Jag XJR, and my girlfriends car is called scrapper because its fallen to bits, but for some god-unknown reason she wants to hold onto it. It's half VW Beetle half Fe (iron ore)

I have had many cars, my bright pink bug, was called Baby bug, I had a Fiat Croma, it had an onboard computer that always said something was wrong, so I named her Christine (after the film)
All my cars have always been girls too!!
I loved my pink VW Beetle, wonder where she is now??

My Landrover is green so I call it "Gilbert"
My XR4x4 is the "Big Red Monster"
My very hot 1275GT is "Mr Smelly" on account of the fact the exhaust fumes make you sick and your eyes water.
My Honda Civic 1.8s is brand new and therefore is without character, so no name yet
