The cookies and history were deleted on purpose, through tools I believe, and is being deleted daily. Is there a way to go into the hard drive to retrieve it? Or is there something else I can do? All I found in the prior answer was 'how to delete' this isn't what I need. Thank you.

Cookies are lost forever if deleted... however, cookies are "installed" when visiting various websites.. have you tried going back to the website? Some websites won't allow you to view their site without you "allowing" them to install cookies on your computer.. check your settings to allow them to install ONLY for that particular session.
