Yes when you go to war with the owrld for real, you get big dice and depedning on how you perform you recruit reinforcements as you move on, but be carefull becuse other leaders might try and sneak in to your territories so make sure you defend all your borders, my armies got as far as kamchatka via Europe but the North Americans lead by Goerge washington came in kicked my *** and took Iceland from me, now im a lowly Call Centre advisor wishing i had left my armies in iceland

Playing Risk is a lot of fun but it isn't the same as real life. It is about as close as playing monopoly is to becoming the next Donald Trump. Try studying world politics, amassing a large army, and then give it up because it isn't going to happen.
