Bill Gates has never gotten the poon, doesn't know what it's good for, and plans on asexual reproduction or cloning to continue his lineage. He would see no good reason to give you one, and so logically would deny your fantasy request.
BUT... on the off chance that he did get you one, I'm sure Mr Gates would insist that it run Windows CE, and the engine would slow down at random while background "engine mapping optimization" processes run. You would also be forced to "upgrade" to Microsoft sponsored touring tires or your wheels wouldn't spin, and anything over half throttle would be reported as "illegal overclocking" to Bill's legal nazis!
You wouldn't want it anyway.
