the levis store on most big high streets would be a good place to start, Costco has very cheap levis, but the range isn't great.
But honestly, if you know which style you want and size, get them off the interent from the US for a quarter what you would pay here.

i dont think they have any levis stores in uk so you probally have to look on ebay or order off the sitee
