How much does it cost? Do people smoke it in public?

Good question. I live in Vancouver, Canada and I can tell you it is still illegal. But, police officers turn a blind eye most times if they think you are smoking it. And, if you are caught, it is a slap on the wrist, and you can go on your way.

no, definetly no, and not likely to be legal soon. there is too much money being made in it as an illrgal drug for the drug lords to ever let it become legal without a fight. If it became legal almost half of the police would be out of work, politicians would be unbribed, and judges would have no cases to try.

It's been decriminalised 4 Medical Purposes.
It's not legal, yet.

"Almost legal" is like "almost pregnant". There's no such thing. Either it's legal or it's not... and in this case, it's not.
