You don't. Just be very happy that you have a baby and a wife who both get through it all happy and healthy. Pregnancy and labour for some people is not such an easy thing so isn't it enough to have a healthy beautiful baby and wife at the end of it.???

what? you need to be more specific. is your wife keeping you from seeing the baby boy or are you trying to have her conceive a baby boy or what?

Man you got to try some Asian herbs man! I seen some folks that wanted a boy and the wife ate the herbs like for a couple of weeks and I guess they did it and got a boy!

There is some funky Chinese pregnancy calendar that claims to have some affect on the sex, depending on what day you conceived... You could try that and if it works, well, whoopeee, you have a boy. Is it that important?

The mans sperm is what determines the sex of the baby ,having sex right on ovulation will help.
