Hardly anyone can reply this correctly... because our body is a place wherein billions of chemicals processes take place continuously.. and each individual is unique not only in terms of his nature or behaviour but even in terms of uniqueness in body..
But from general observation we can say that you may have develop some gas trouble which has some link with your sexual excietment.. but this is a possibiity not sure... Ultimate if you experience everytime whenever you feel excited then try out with some experiments like try to feel it will full stomach, with hungry stomach, you can also take some drug for gas and release it and then try to stimulate your sexual feeling and observe..
You are your own master just experiment with it and you will find.. Take a scient approach instead of seeking advise from someone else...
