the only way i think it would be propper is if me was a one word sentence...for example, ir someone asked who would like to go on the ride next, a person might answer me. or say me, i would like to go.
either that or me too...thats the only sentenc ive seen in books that start with me, and i read alot!

Talking to your self like " me and my ideas". This sort of short phrase can only be said or written when it is personal, that is something you say to yourself.
