I find the best way is via the Torrent network. First you need a bit of software, and by far the best is a program called utorrent (link below) You will need to let uTorrent have access through any firewall you may have.
A torrent is like an internet book mark, so you download this little bookmark and open it with uTorrent and it will go and download the TV show that you want. Note, torrents are a sharing community, and you will be uploading bits of the TV show you are downloading, and it is accepted practise that even if you have finished downloading the program you want, that you leave the transfer open until you have a share ratio of 1:1.

I would try the BBC website but why not youtube,I use it a lot,is there something I dont know about it.
