Start a converation with an unsuspecting stranger. I start out normal, then gradually segue into plans for world domination that get progressively more violent the longer the other person is willing to listen. Sometimes, to mix it up a bit, I use paranoid delusions instead, like telling them I usually wear a tinfoil hat to keep the aliens from stealing my thoughts, etc.
I really just enjoy seeing how long they can go before they start to get really uncomfortable and try to end the conversation. What can I say? I'm a psychology major, we're all weirdos. :)

Go shopping. If I don't end up buying anything, it's cool because at least I killed some time and got some cardio.
