I need information on tenants in common application forms?

I collected a form from the land registry office but they refused to give me any help or answer any questions. Can anyone help.

The council are not allowed to give you certain information under the Data Protection Act.
Perhaps if you could explain the problem by being more precise we may be able to help more, i.e what form do you need help with,and why you need this information.
