There are certainly elements in the world around us that can not be explained by conventional means. Energy surrounds us in life and leave a kind of fingerprint in the environment around us. At times, that 'fingerprint' is extremely strong and remains even when the source (a deceased soul) has left this realm. Other spirits have somehow lost their way on whatever path thay are meant to follow. Some simply are not ready to die and in some cases, others met a tragic or violent end. Those spirits might linger seeking an answer.
All in all, not every unexplained bump in the night is really a ghost. Then again, I believe that some of them are.

I've had several run ins with them during my time when I drove a semi truck one summer I was drivin over Donners Pass near the Nevada mountains about 2:30 am when I spotted a man wrapped in winter clothing stumbling over the hiway like he had been shot as I got closer to him right in front of my eyes he vanished needless to say I got the hell out of there in a hurry so yes I do believe in ghosts

yes: i use to have things being pulled under my bed as a kid. and scratching in my closet. the attic door would slam open, something would slam into the walls and jump on the floor, i heard breathing and saw something that i can't explain. (i won't get into that) i will say when i saw it i hit about three steps getting out of the basement. i was 12 and now 32. i remember this house too well. on the northwest side of grand rapids mi.

I know that when my grandmother died, she came to me(she was in Iowa I was in Alabama). It was at 2:39am, I looked at the clock by my bed. I got the call a few hours later. It was Easter morning 5 years ago. She was 93. Yeah, I believe.
