Oops, included there is the info you want. See GetDigit, GetTens, & GetHundreds.
Hey, these may already be programmed into your version of Excel. Just try it first: eg GetHundreds (599)

No, there isn't.
You can convert numbers into strings using a free program.

Its not there in Excel.
