Yes you can. On any phone I guess.
The SIM card contains all the data & settings whilst the cellphone is just a means of accessing them.
I use one cellphone & 4 different SIMs depending where I am on Earth.

I got one phone, but sims from Germany, Italy , England France...I change them out after I land at the airport...
