Well, something ive seen on animal planet was, theres this parasite that actually lives in the mouth of this fish(sorry but i can remember it :(. but anyways, its in this fish that looks really cool but others think it looks ugly, and it eats away at its tounge, actually replacing it. after the tounge is gone, it will eat what the fish eats.
it actually prolongs the life of the fish somehow, and if one of them die, they both die.
the animal kingdom is really wierd!!

Watched a show on Discovery channel about this fish that gets his tongue eaten by a parasite then the parasite stays in the fishes mouth where the tongue used to be. Weird.
