any kind of body lotion. My daughter went for days with Avery labels on her. Nothing could get it off. A friend at a store took her to the cosmetics counter and used some lotion. I felt stupid after that. But now, I use lotion to take that crud off that price tags and other labels leaves on everything.

You can use baby oil to get it off of the bottom of your shoes. Alcohol, lighter fluid, and nail polish remover will also remove the sticky label glue but be careful about what you apply it to because it can damage certain types of surfaces. In your leather car interior you can use furniture polish wipes or spray to remove the label goo.

I remove the sticky residue left from the removal of labels on the soles of shoes with a little tiny drop of neat washing up liquid, but as for your leather seats in your car I cannot help with that one - sorry.

Try some bath oil. Put a little on a rag and dab at the sticky stuff. I've used it on many things with good luck, but I can't say I've used it on leather. It should work.

In the UK try meths, in the USA try rubbing alcohol in either countries try gin/vodka works quite well I was wondering if you could sue the people who affix those labels to your lapel, might make them think twice. You think I'm joking, my sister had a sticker affixed to a suede jacket, forgot about the label, put the jacket away and eventually when she removed the jacket from the closet the sticker had destroyed the suede completely.

I use lemon oil. Let it sit on the object for 5 minutes or so and the label should come right off.

Use skin so soft from Avon or baby oil. Just put a little on a cotton ball and gently rub. Works everytime. No cooking oil!!!
