But I whent out once with these kid's I know into the woods to hang out and got some mad poison ivy, sumak... oak. or somethin. What ever it is it's a real ***** that's for sure. And now I look like I'm tryin' to skip work cause I gotta take another day off. I work in a theme park... so there's no way i'm gonna go mopin' around all day looking like I just fell into a fire pit. Help?

All of the above are good remedies. If it's really bad, you can get a cortisone or prednisone shot from the doctor.

I feel your pain on this one!! When I get poison ivy, sumac ect... it spreads all over and isn't much fun at all, I don't want to be seen either cause I feel like I look like swamp thing!! LOL!! I go to the doctor and he gives me a shot to clear mine up. That's the only thing I can do to help me cause it goes in my eyes, down my throat and everything. The shot seems to work pretty well so give it a try. If you dont want to get the shot you could try home remedies like Aveno oatmeal baths. Good luck an I hope ya feel less itchy soon!

Go to the health food store and pick up a homeopathic called Rhus Toxicodendron. Ask them to help you choose which potency to use.
