Me like change, like when the wind blows, it is enevitable and I embrace it. (which means that your very question is invalid)

Agreed. It's a matter of attitude. Curiosity can replace "fear of unknown change".
If we always knew what would happen next, then why go through the formality of living it through? There's no thrill in a story, if you know the ending already.:-)
Or, as one anonymous source said:
"If you're stupid, then everything becomes a safety issue".

It is human nature to want to be in control. When something threatens the stability or predictability of your life, it becomes scary because it is out of your control.

I got used to change when I was smaller, since we used to move a lot.
So, I'm sort of...deadened towards it. Its like I dont care anymore.
But, I've noticed most people are afraid.
I guess its human nature. Or maybe the nature of all animals.

Apparently you have never faced the prospect of being homeless. Look into someones background, how they grew-up, what their parents were like, and also check into what they are biologically predisposed to, i.e., bipolar disorder, social anxiety, depression, panic disorder. Remember, for the grace of God go I.

This is a reaction to a uncontrollable world.
We have tried all means to control or predict nature, animals and our own kind.
Survival instinct?

yes, we want control. and mystery or open possibilities can be scaring coz they need a choice and it's not always easy to chose, IMO.
